Originally from Las Vegas, Jennifer learnt yoga from her mother when she was just 7.
Jennifer Qualified with a BA in dance choreography and video art, she loves to incorporate story telling, chanting and singing in her classes. With a MA in Screen Writing she spends her other time writing and making films.
After spending 10 years performing and writing in London’s Fringe Theatre Jennifer qualified in Sivananda Hatha Yoga in 2002 and later Anusara Yoga. She also trained at Yoga Works in San Francisco.
Jennifer has been teaching for 10 years in London and her approach to yoga is psychological. She loves to explore each Asana and it’s affect on our mental state, how to use the breath and balance to change our moods Jen’s extraordinary style draws from the influences of Ana Forrest, Sarah Powers, Seane Corne, Danny Paradise and John Friend.
