The hot classes at Yotopia include more traditional vinyasa yoga postures and sequencing as compared to some other styles of hot yoga, where you will learn the importance of the breath in movement, as well as getting a full body and mind workout; and be prepared to sweat!
In addition, Yotopia’s hot classes offer a unique chance for a graduated steady improvement, with classes from beginners to advanced. In this way you can be sure that you’re surrounded by practitioners at a similar level, whilst having the chance to move on to a more demanding class when you’re ready for the challenge.

Hot Yoga Flow: A hot yoga class, incorporating flowing, vinyasa style sequencing. Vinyasa yoga develops strength, flexibility, and balance. Includes elements specific to the class and teacher. “Vinyasa” means synchronised breath with movement – which relaxes the mind and helps release energy blockages. The addition of the heat will rid your body of toxins and make you sweat!
Hot Dynamic Yoga: An intense, fast paced hot yoga class, incorporating strong dynamic vinyasa sequencing and challenging postures. Vinyasa yoga develops strength, flexibility, and balance. Includes elements specific to the class and teacher. “Vinyasa” means synchronised breath with movement – which relaxes the mind and helps release energy blockages. The addition of the heat willrid your body of toxins and make you sweat!

Hot Forrest Yoga: An intensely physical, internally focused yoga class, with long holds in postures. The class begins with pranayama, then moves through seated poses and abdominals before arriving on to a series of asanas that build up to a number of challenging poses. Forrest Yoga teaches you to breath deeply and connect to your core. Aided by the use of heat, your body is freed from toxins; the deep breathing oxygenates and rejuvenates every cell in your body.
Hot Boxing Yoga: Fusing boxing techniques and philosophy with Ashtanga Yoga, BoxingYoga™ merges innovative, boxing-inspired exercises and classical yoga postures together into one, hardcore, mind-body workout system. BoxingYoga™ includes counter-stretching and strengthening postures, opening up the hips, chest and shoulders and increasing range of movement through the spine. Improving posture, alignment and coordination by developing body awareness, BoxingYoga™ also helps to reduce recovery time and the risks of injury. Hot Rocket Yoga: Dynamic yoga that gets you there faster, with the added intensity of the heat. A fun, invigorating and strong vinyasa flow sequence. Strengthen the body, develop the core, increase flexibility and improve balance and posture while bringing calmness and clarity to the mind. The addition of the heat will rid your body of toxins and make you sweat! The Rocket system was created by Larry Shultz and is considered to be the original power yoga.
Hot Mind & Body Cleanse: Be prepared to engage in a physical practice in this yoga class, with an entree of bioelectric network stimulation, a main course of strength & cardio, a sprinkling of Mind & Body Cleanse™ twists to follow, and a side of inversions for lymphatic drainage. Perfect to get you into the right place for the weekend. A yoga class not for puddings!
Hot Relaxing Yin Yoga: A very slow hot class focusing specifically on poses which are mostly floor based and are held for extended periods, designed to open up the body deeply in a safe way, as well as to relax, rejuvenate bringing about balance to the body and mind including the nervous system. The class is open to all levels of students from absolute beginners to experienced students and is an excellent compliment to those who regularly practice dynamic forms of yoga.
Hot Pilates: a ground breaking Pilates-based workout incorporating spiral rotations and pulsing movements in a continuous flowing sequence, which give a whole body workout and improve the strength of the body’s tissue, while paying great attention to all the stabilising muscles.
Hot Ballet: A progressive fitness class with a strong classical ballet foundation. Pure and traditional ballet exercises are built up to develop a lean and toned muscle balance. Posture and alignment work is fundamental, helping to achieve a graceful poise. With the hot studio, there is an emphasis on increasing flexibility and creating a sense of well-being.
