Elena Bliss

Elena has always been attracted by the art of movement, the concept of grace and the beauty of flexibility and spent many years living these passions through different expressions – from dance to aerial acrobatics, weight and resistance training. Elena also trained at the National Centre for circus arts in aerial disciplines (just for fun). Yoga has been there too, initially being just a compliment to her other practices, until few years ago when it started showing so much more than just physical benefits. Making the body stronger through yoga, we actually purify and train the mind as our great tool, get to understand the pshycho-emotional aspects intertwined with with the physical, and are raising our energetical vibration to higher levels. So in 2016 Elena completed her first yoga teacher qualification, followed by more advanced trainings after, and is now enjoying a varied teaching practise. Elena is RYT400, teaching mainly fluid Vinyasa sequences, Mandala Yoga, Yin and gentle Hatha.
